Use with stamps, stencils, and direct to surface. Blend using Ink Blending Tools and Foam. Water-reactive dye and pigment ink. They’re easily blurred and mixed. The effect is matt, chalk style once dry. Coordinates with the Distress palette. The ink is presented in a Felt Ink Pad.
