Pricing:
All payments will be processed in pounds sterling
Although We endeavor to maintain the prices listed We reserve the right to change them without notice
Post and packing charges are dependent on order value and weight. Please ask for details
Payment:
At the time of your order, We do not offer credit and goods will only be dispatched upon receipt of full payment. All goods remain the property of Laney’s Crafts until paid for in full
Full payment for your web order is taken at the time the order is placed
Please see below for our policy when items are out of stock
The majority of orders are dispatched within Three working days of receipt of payment; however, this can be longer at very busy times. Please note we don’t count weekends as working days.
Special requests like custom items can take up to seven days or longer depending on design and quantity
Please ensure when entering the contact details that We have a reliable telephone number or email contact for you so that We can address any queries promptly
Returns:
You may return any unsuitable items within 14 days of the invoice date. All returns must be in their original packaging and in an unused condition. Please note used items are non-refundable
Please also enclose a note explaining the reason for the return together with your name, invoice number, address, and telephone number
Any Personalised items once produced are non-refundable
All removable media such as CD-ROMs, USB Keys, and DVD ROMs are nonreturnable once the seal is broken as they are sold in a Brand new unused condition unless otherwise stated in their description
Out Of Stock:
Although We endeavour to keep the website fully updated and only advertise goods for sale that are in-stock, occasional periods of high demand may lead to a delay between an item selling out and being removed from the website
If We think We have a suitable alternative We will try to contact you by phone and/or email to see if this would be acceptable for you. If We do not hear back from you within 24 hours We will send the order without the out of stock items, refunding to your Bank account the value of the out of stock items along with any refundable postage. This is to ensure that the orders are not delayed for more than a day due to an item going out of stock
We do not hold back orders for out of stock items
Security:
We do not keep customer information on record on any of our systems in line with the new GDPR legislation that came into force 2018
To return an item – Please return it in its original packaging, in an unused condition
Returned items which are not in new or unused condition or which are returned after the approval period may not be credited to your account unless they are faulty. Delivery charges are non-refundable as this part of our service to you has been completed
